Securing Your Booking: We will send you a booking confirmation once we’ve received payment, and you’re all locked in!
We will reach out to you again a few days before your scheduled tour date to share some of the finer details. We will then pick you up from your nominated pick up address at a time to be confirmed via text message no later than 4pm on the day prior to your tour.
Contact Details: We will communicate with you via the details you provide at the time of booking, so please ensure these are correct and active while you are in the Margaret River Region. If you miss your tour due to an incorrect pick-up address, or us not being able to contact you, your booking will be treated as a “no show”.
If your details change, (especially your pickup address and mobile telephone number) please contact us via phone or email no later than 7 days before your tour to update these.
Booking Fees: Like most tour companies in the region, we use Rezdy to manage bookings and process payments. Any booking fees charged go to them, and not us and are non-refundable.
Small Group Tours: Your tour includes:
- Pick up and drop off from your chosen location within the Margaret River Region
- 6 hours of touring the Margaret River region with our knowledgeable tour guide, with an additional hour or so in pickups and drop offs from accommodation.
- Visiting up to four premium wineries and brewery
- One main meal at lunch.
- Bottled water.
- Maximum of 10 passengers.
- Tastings at wineries are free with any bottle of wine purchased. If no purchase is made, the cellar door may charge a nominal tasting fee of $5-$15 to meet their costs of giving you a premium tasting experience. Tastings over and above the winery tastings (including optional upgraded tastings and/or tastings at breweries or distilleries) shall be at your own cost.
Private Tours: Your tour will be customised to your preferences, with inclusions and costs to be agreed via email.
Tour Itineraries: Our tour itineraries and the venues we visit are determined based on a number of factors, including venue availability, weather, geographical location of passengers and general interests of the group. We reserve the right to visit places that are different those shown in our sample itineraries and on our website.
Tour Duration: Our tours run for approximately 6 hours plus pick up and drop off time which varies from tour to tour. Given the vastness of the Margaret River Region, we recommend setting aside up to 7.5 hours for your tour.
Pickups typically commence from 10:30am (and occasionally earlier for Busselton departures). We aim to have everyone back at their accommodation between 5pm and 5:30pm, but this may occasionally be as late as 6:00pm.
Please notify your driver on the day if you have any strict time restrictions so we can ensure your plans are not disrupted.
Dietary Requirements: Any special dietary requirements or allergies must be advised at least 7 days before your scheduled tour date. Whilst we take care to select restaurants that can accommodate a range of preferences, we cannot guarantee that the restaurant will be able to cater for you if you do not notify us of dietary requirements in advance.
In any event, it is each passenger’s sole responsibility to confirm directly with the restaurant staff on the day that the contents of any food and drink offered is suitable and safe for the customer to consume.
Accessibility & Special Requests: We strive to accommodate the needs of all our guests, including those with disabilities, special access needs or other special requirements, such as infant child restraints. Please, inform us at least 7 days in advance so we can ensure your comfort and safety.
Our Experienced Guides and Drivers All our guides and drivers hold a Western Australian Driver’s License, have the required registration with the Department of Transport and adhere to strict safety, drug, and alcohol regulations for your safety and confidence.
By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by the instructions and guidelines provided by our tour guides and drivers.
Consumption of Alcohol: Whilst we welcome passengers of all ages, any tour participants consuming alcohol on our tours must be 18+, which is the legal drinking age in Australia. Participants are responsible for their own alcohol intake and behaviour and we shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur as a result of intoxication.
Our Expectations on Conduct: We value respect and kindness on our journeys. If anyone’s conduct is rude or aggressive towards our tour guides, other passengers, or staff at the venues we visit, or puts others (or their property) at risk, we’ll have to say goodbye and ask them to leave mid-tour. No refunds, and any extra costs are on them.
Respecting Places and Spaces
If there’s any damage to our vehicles during your tour (including incidents of sickness in vehicles), repair costs fall to the one responsible. Any other property damage is taken up with the respective owners.
Passenger Cancellations: We understand that things happen so we have a cancellation policy that gives you as much flexibility as our small business can reasonably afford.
If you give us:
More than 14+ days notice: We are happy to offer you a full refund.
Between 7 and 14 days notice: We can offer a 50% refund. The closer we get to the tour date, the less likely it is that we will be able to resell your spot if you have to cancel, so this partial refund protects our business from unrecoverable losses.
Less than 7 days notice: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you. This includes “no-shows” and missed tours.
Notice period is calculated from 10:30am on the date of your scheduled tour, and any refunds are exclusive of booking fees. To cancel your booking, please email or call us.
Tour Company Cancellations: In the very rare occasion that we have to cancel your tour- maybe not enough people joined, or our tours are hampered by illness, the weather, or other surprising turn of events – we will work with you to find an alternative date or offer you a full refund (minus any booking fees).
Rest assured that we will give you as much notice as possible, and will also do our best to help you find an alternative tour provider with a comparable offering so you can be confident that you will not be left without.
Injuries, Damages or Losses: We shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during you tour with us, except to the extent of our duties under Western Australian law. Notwithstanding this, we take the utmost care to ensure you are safe and comfortable during your time with us.
If you misplace something, we’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings, but we can’t guarantee their return. Unclaimed items find new homes or are charitably donated after a month.
Photos and Videos: By booking a tour with us, you agree that any photos or videos that you appear in may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
By booking a tour, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
